The Model EA81 is a hydraulic valve actuator
with a linear stroke for proportional control of small valves that
require return to normal position on power interruption. The permanently
sealed oil-filled case contains a moveable hydraulic system. The electric
pump/motor, powered continuously by the input supply voltage, generates
fluid pressure opposed by the spring of the damper or valve linkage.
The EA81 is available in two models, a 4-20mAdc input and a 135 Ohm
slidewire input. |

The control signal is compared
to measured shaft position in the actuator controller circuit and
the output generates proportional positioning of the valve shaft.
The unit supplies a force of 150 pounds for a linear stroke and operates
on 120Vac, 50/60 Hz. The linkage kit and extension, model AV-611,
provides linkage to 1/2" to 1-1/4" valve sizes. The EA81 is compatible
with the VB-7000 valves in this catalog. |
