When used with the 2400 instruments,
the EA motor will auto-switchover from slidewire feedback to velocity control
if the slidewire should ever break. This is an industry exclusive feature
that means: NO production stoppage due to a failed slidewire! An
alarm message tells your operator or SCADA software package that a slidewire
failure has occurred and you should schedule maintainence during the next
furnace downtime.
Compatible with Eurotherm's
analog output controllers. This includes 4-20ma output controllers such
as the: 2200, 2400, 808, 818 and 900 families.
